One of the
key activities of Involve
is giving small grants to young people, both individuals
and groups, in Northfield.
This has given a fantastic opportunity for young people
to make real decisions with real money and to make a positive
contribution to the life of Northfield Constituency.
 |
The
money can be used for pretty much anything.
In the past we have approved bids from groups of
people who wish to go on a residential or a day
trip to individuals who would like to participate
in an educational course such as first aid.
As a group we are on the lookout for unique bids
not only from different groups of young people but
also from individuals.

For
an example of causes we have provided funding for in the
past see the 'Attachments' section, right.
You can apply for the money by simply filling in a form
with your group or as an individual (with a sponsoring
organisation) as long as you are between the ages
of 13-19 and resident in Northfield.
To apply, read the guidelines which are available here
in the 'Attachments' section, and simply
fill out a form.
YOF Grants are for young people aged
13-19yrs old. Please note that the Youth
Opportunities Fund
grants must be applied for directly by young people, so
if you are an adult worker, make sure you apply for a
community chest grant instead, or encourage young people
to bid for YOF.
If you do get stuck, or have any questions, just get in
touch with us using our contact
page.
